**ALLUREAURA RELIEF SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY**

**SHIPPING POLICY:**

1. **Dispatch Time:** Orders are typically dispatched within 1-7 days. However, due to high demand, some of our products continuously go out of stock. In such cases, shipments will be processed as soon as stock is replenished.

3. **Product Packaging:** Please note that the packaging and the bottle of the product you receive might differ from the pictures displayed on our website. This variance won't affect the quality or essence of the product inside.

**RETURN POLICY:**

1. **No Returns:** Due to the unique nature of perfumes, AllureAura does not accept returns under any circumstances. All sales are considered final.

2. **Safety Measures:** Consumers are advised to use the product in a reasonable manner and ensure it's kept away from children and pets to prevent unintended exposure or harm.

3. **Approved Returns:** In exceptional cases where a return/exchange has been previously approved by our team, it is mandatory to include proof of communication with AllureAura in your return shipment. Please ensure that all returns are sent in their original packaging along with a copy of the order invoice. Returns/exchanges over 30 days old will not be accepted, no exceptions.

4. **Unauthorized Shipments:** Shipments sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.
